Sepah Puteri House

The Sepah Puteri House project is the proposed renovation of a 2-storey Intermediate Terrace House located in Kota Damansara, Petaling Jaya, Selangor Darul Ehsan, for the client Zafirah Affendi. This Design Development phase project focused on addressing existing problems of spatial fragmentation, irregular geometry, and unventilated areas that resulted in wasted space and low comfort levels. The core design concept seeks to re-orientate the house towards the garden, treating the exterior space as a courtyard rather than a supplementary area. The resulting architecture utilizes a rationalist and classical methodology, creating simple spaces and establishing local symmetries to achieve better interior design and a rational, timeless façade.
